1. No Return Policy
Due to the nature of beauty and cosmetic products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions, shade details, and specifications before placing an order.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Cancellation requests must be sent immediately after placing the order.
• Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be permitted.
